New Hobo Fire Bucket

Well the hobo's are now in compliance with fire code . the new design of the fire bucket has a full fire screen and a cover,just like the store bought ones. So the Hobo's enjoyed some hot grub on a cold day. Hobo Bob

HOBO KINGS CLOSE DOWN CAMP TOO SOON

Well this was a short season and a bit of a downer. Last year we were in Hobo Camp till late January. These for Hobo's will miss the deck for another year but we shall return and tailgate "without the car see you in o8 L to R Simba,Tommy2Fist ,Hobo Bob ,Bob L Head..see you all next year . Festus and friend Homeless

Well The Hobo Kings were visited by two wandering Nomads looking for a place to warm up. Well as a Hobos welcomed them into camp. This was the last Hobo Camp of the year but the fire was warm and the chili was hot. Next year if these guy show up they will be Knighted into the Hobo Kings. TWO WET HOBO'S

Well the weather outside was frightful, but as you can see the Hobo's partied on. We even got a surprise visit from the GECKO the water rolled of his back like a Giant running through DA Bears line with slickness and ease.

We had a good time even with the rain. The game was good and even though it rained we felt the sun shinning on the Bears. Then in the last 4 minuets a "GIANT" storm rolled right down the field and there was no joy in Bear Ville cause mighty Lovie let us down. This Hobo has but one hope left and that is to beat Green Bay on the 23rd. Hope to see all you hobo's then when we break out the new and improved hobo fire bucket. Stop by and say hi and warm your hands. I don't know about the rest of you hobo's but I got the Bear blues so what shell I do ? I'll tell you what I'm going to do........ I'm going to Disney World where it will be 80 and all your blues turn golden....... where taken our little cheer leader Meghan to see the Mick. We'll be thinking of you Hobo's out in the cold. Belated Thanksgiving from Hobo camp

Once again our Hobo buddy the K-MAN would like to wish all U Hobos a Happy Thanks giving. The Hobos got something Sunday to be Thankful for an O.T Victory. Maybe our luck is changing and we will win two in a row. So let's keep up our Hobo pride and meet up next Sunday to take a bite out of the big apple. Go Bears.

New BEAR Hobo Bob's Good Luck Charm

First I would like to say I'm sorry for not posting after that bad loss to the Lions......This Hobo was very down after that one. Now the Good news with the help of the Lord and my little angel Meghan (above). I completed all my cancer treatments and the Doc's say things are looking positive. Now I start my work out program again and get back to fighting strength. Thanks to all for your prayers and concerns. I celebrated with a shot of jack on Sat night . Welcome back Jack I missed you. Now onto the victory in Oakland. Just prior to the game, I received this picture of my gran daughter suited up and ready to play. She is now the new Hobo King good luck charm and lead the Bears onto VICTORY!......HEY Rex sure can hit the deep guy's Go Rex. Well I sure miss the deck with all these road games so I'll have to wait for two Sundays to see all the Hobo's again hang in there my friends. HB

HBOB "S Hitch a ride on that winning Drive

What A Drive this Hobo and the Hobo's at Bob's Bar never gave up. I n my 46yrs of Bears I've never seen a drive like that. 97yards in 1;54 with no time outs. Hope is alive, Now let's not fall victim to the Lions this Sunday........WE shall not and will not allow it. Hobo Bob's voice is coming back and the "DOG ASSES WILL SUCK IT UP GOD DAM IT." Can't wait to see all you hobo's back at the wall. Grease is the word. GO BEARS! Now For a Word from radio WHOBO as BOB prepares for his SUPER BOWL Run. Well I just completed my last Heavy duty Chemo. And now will be in the radiation room for 12 days . The training continues . Today I cut my mile run time down to 14 min from last weeks 16min. Ending with a thrust to 7.9 mph for 1 1/2 min. and my lungs felt great. So my training continues and I am beating this so I know the Bears can keep this drive alive and watch out for us Hobo's we will thump a ride all the way to AZ land of Sun NO Rain..GO BEARS and GOD BLESS YOU ALL FOR YOUR PRAYERS! LOSS TO VIQUEENS KNOCKED HOBO BOB ON HIS ASS

Hobo Bob can't take this Bear shit much longer. "COME ON YOU DOG ASSES SUCK IT UP GOD DAM IT!" Wild Card will do and another beating of the Packers will do this Hobo Proud. As you might notice in this Picture Hobo Bob Is a Bit under the weather. Well I found out in Sept that I had Lung Cancer. Not to worry cause I'm up and fighting these bad boy cells that invaded my home field. We all know that Home Field advantage means everything. This is my Super bowl run and I will win it. Well I already finished my first round of chemo and radiation, three weeks ago. Glad to report I'm feeling great. I lost what hair I had but it's a good look for my big melon. Then I went for two more weeks of Radiation and this is going fine not much burn and little problem swallowing. So I figure It made to the play offs thus far. I started round two of chemo and radiation on Monday double dose of Chemo got a little weak in the legs, went into the locker room at half time to regroup. On Tuesday had second dose or C & R and came out of the locker fighting mad went out to the field ( THE YMCA) ran on thread mill 3 miles in 48 min ran one stretch at 7 .8 mph for 1 1/2 Min's and never got short of breath. So I won my first round play off game . It's on to the Championship game. so stay tuned to WHOBO and I'll fill you Hobos in on this next big game. If I can do it, I know our Bears Can do it to . love Hobo BOB

Hobo camp got a surprise visit form a independent film crew from Sundance. They were on the deck checking out the Bear fandom and talking about the Bears 1985 season. Well Hobo Bob had many a story to tell. They even filmed me knighting in some new Hobos into the Hobo Nation...Matter of fact Hobo Bob bent the two time rule and Knighted in the film crew.
